1. Warranty Coverage


This warranty covers any socks purchased from Saint Javelin and is marked with a “1-year warranty” label on the product page. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, and it ensures that the product is free from defects that hinder its normal use. 2. Warranty Period


The warranty period is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This period is calculated based on the date of the original purchase date.


3. Warranty Claim Process


To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:


Step 1: Contact Customer Support


If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team using this form. Please, provide the following information in your message:


  • Your name and contact information;

  • Order number;

  • A clear description of the defect or issue with the product;

  • Photographs displaying the defect;


Step 2: Evaluation and Approval


Our customer support team will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary. After the review, if your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.


Step 3: Warranty Resolution


Depending on the evaluation results, we will either replace or refund the product, at our sole discretion whereas in certain cases refund is the only option. The shipping cost for sending the replacement product to you will not be covered by Saint Javelin. If a refund is issued, it will be processed according to our refund policy.


4. Warranty Exclusions


The following situations are not covered by this warranty:


  • Normal wear and tear over time;

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care;

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, or alterations to the product;

  • Damage due to exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme environmental conditions;

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers;


5. Legal Rights


This warranty policy is in addition to and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Canadian laws, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
