Got a Delivery Notification but No Delivery of Items

At times the delivery systems get excited and notify you before the delivery occurs. If you received a notice ahead of your delivery please wait for 24-48 hrs before contacting us. Let us know if it hasn't yet arrived. 

If it's been more than 2 days and your order has not arrived please contact us as it might be at your local post office or unclaimed. After 30 days your order will be returned to the fulfillment centre and destroyed. 

What Do I My Order Was Lost?

We rely on a network of postal partners to help get your orders to you. Sometimes packages get lost or stuck at the border / delivery centre waiting for customs or taxes. If your order has not moved in 7+ business days please contact us - [email protected]

If your order has been lost or unclaimed for more than 30 days, we can not reship your order or make a refund.

My order has been returned to the sender, what should I do?

Upon receiving a returned order, we'll promptly email you with two options: a refund or resending the order. Please keep an eye on your inbox for our message. Please note that if 14 days pass without action, we won't be able to proceed with a resend or refund.

How Do I Track My Order?

Your tracking information will be sent to your phone or email once your items are fulfilled. You can access tracking by clicking the tracking number link that you were provided with. If your order was not updated for 7 days, please check your local carrier's website or contact them (for example DHL for Germany, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom and Ukrposhta for Ukraine).

I Did Not Receive My Tracking Information

If you selected the tracking to be sent to your phone/email, check your phone messages or spam folder. If you still can not find it, please contact us - [email protected]
